Getting stressed, overwhelmed, or bored by school? Or maybe too restless, anxious, down & self-critical? If you want to get along better with yourself and others you could benefit from experimentation with mindfulness exercises. Research has shown by cultivating mindful practices we can enhance attention, develop social/emotional intelligence, come to know ourselves better, and more.
