This 15 week training program is modeled on the very successful Students Run L.A. program. Last year was the programs first year and we are looking forward to another season of success. Learn more about your own abilities to set & achieve goals for not only this marathon, but for life. The mission of Teens Run SLC is "to nurture, empower, and transform local youth to be self-reliant, independent, and key players in their community through the power of running". Students will receive a ~ free ~ training t-shirt, free entry into the race, and one free pair of running shoes* from Teens Run SLC, as well as the additional swag provided by the half marathon. (*Students must attend & train for a certain number of weeks and commit to the program for the free running shoes.)
