Salt Lake Arts Academy is kicking off it's Annual Campaign, a four-month long effort to raise unrestricted operating funds for our school. The Annual Campaign is our largest fundraising initiative of the school year, with a goal of $60,000.
This year our theme is "Finding My Place." Every one of our 10-14 year old students are asking themselves these questions daily: who am I and where do I belong? It's one of the defining traits of adolescence. We believe that we can help our students find their place, and their way in the world by creating a place of joyful learning, where students are engaged, are able to explore and find their passions. Your donations to our Annual Campaign make this happen!
The Annual Campaign is critically necessary -- SLArts receive about $550 less government funding per student than other schools in the Salt Lake district. Your donations to the Annual Campaign help us bridge that gap and helps us keep offering the things that make our program the only one of its kind in the state.
