Thursday, August 6 | 7:30 am – 1:30 pm | The Commons at SLArts

✔ Pick up student schedules and get locker assignments

✔ Receive UTA/TRAX passes

✔ Turn in / Complete any remaining paperwork (turn in immunizations / birth certificates)

✔ Receive annual school fee statements. (Waivers are available. Contact Business Manager Nicole Laird at [email protected] for assistance.)

-----About Immunization and Birth Certificate Requirements-----

New Students & 5th Graders (if you haven’t already provided to Jen G. at [email protected])

✔ Certified copy of birth certificate

✔ Immunization record or Health Department waiver

ALL 7th Graders, new and returning (if you haven’t provided to Jen G. at [email protected])

✔ Tdap immunization AND Meningococcal immunization

These immunizations are required for school attendance. Please get them BEFORE school starts!

Make-Up Registration 

Out of town and unable to attend on August 6? Registration may be completed in the office August 10–12 and August 14, 9 am – 1 pm (office closed August 13).
