Mindee Mowrey, Special Education Paraprofessional & 5th Grade Advisor

I started working at SLArts in 2023. I am a Special Education Paraprofessional and support classrooms all around the school. I’m also a 5th grade advisor.

I love how passionate SLArts students are — whether it’s about art, education, or life, they constantly inspire me. Since I get to work with all grade levels, I really enjoy having the chance to know such a large group of students.

More than anything, I want to be a safe and welcoming person for students. If they have a concern, a question, or just need to see a friendly face, I want them to know I’m here for them.
