Danielle Waters

My home is full of plants, cameras, and legos. I have been a freelance photographer for over 10 years. I am a certified meditation teacher, and a Dungeon Master. When I’m not connecting with people through photography, I probably am: outside exploring, laughing with my family, dancing in the kitchen, or planning my Halloween costume.  

I received a BA in Photography and a MAT-FA Master of Arts Teaching - Fine Art. The emphasis of my studies is photography as a tool for social change and well-being. I am passionate about the blend of mindfulness and creativity and how art making can impact mental health.

In 2023 I started facilitating the Dungeon & Dragons club, and I haven't left the SLArts community since. I teach Photography and D&D electives, and continue to run various after school and summer camps.
