The Salt Lake Arts Academy Board of Trustees (the SLArts Board) recognizes that it is subject to Utah’s Open
and Public Meetings Act (OPMA). The SLArts Board regrets that it failed to comply with several of OPMA’s requirements in its meeting on December 15, 2025. The SLArts Board apologizes to the public for these OPMA violations, and commits to change its practices to fully comply with OPMA going forward.
