SLArts After School 2024/2025 Program

WHAT WE DO:  The Salt Lake Arts Academy offers a robust, enriching, and just plain FUN After School program with over 30 clubs & classes running each week!  Explore our exciting new offerings like Spring Lore, UpCycle & Assemblagé, Gingerbread Girl theater production, and more. Learn every step of putting together a robot, create a crafts for your FairyLand, train for a 10K or Half Marathon with Teens Run SLC, or learn German with UofU students .... we have so, so much to choose from. We're thrilled you'll be joining us this year!

OUR ROUTINE:  At the end of the school day (3:00 pm M-TH, or 12:35 pm FRI), students head to the north field where they CHECK-IN, enjoy a snack, and hang out until our teachers & instructors come outside to gather their groups. Sessions typically run from 3:15 to 4:15 pm, with some lasting up to 5:15 pm for off-campus activities. We also offer an Extended Day option for later pickups from Monday to Thursday, ending at 5:30 pm. Note that students must be enrolled in a class or club for at least one hour before joining Extended Day. On Fridays, classes run for two hours and end at 3:00 pm, with no programming after this time.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

• For safety, students are expected to remain on school grounds from the end of the school day until after school classes begin at 3:15 pm. If a student leaves the premises without being in a class, parents will be notified. We appreciate your understanding as we ensure the safety and supervision of all students.
• While this is a fee-based program, we do offer financial assistance & scholarships for eligible families. PDF forms are attached below.

• There is NO Extended Day after 3:00 pm on Friday
